jquery and mediaelement should be imported from resources' skin but from jquery and medialement plugins.

Moreover these imports are already done by wrapper.xsl (in web), so they should be removed from "common-script" template in head.xsl

Sources of JS librairies should be removed too (bootstrap, ...)
