How to reproduce it :

edit a content
select a word and clic on create a link to an attachment
> a panel is opened. At the bottom, put the mouse over the link "Create a new attachment"
> the hover is writed white on white background.

  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All

it was not writteN white on white, but transparent on white... just to be sure it can not be read
