Being able to provide a UsersManager/GroupsManager role to the users/group management admin items (similarly to RUNTIME-517) would be useful.
It would allow a project to provide the Web plugin to easily declare items managing front-office UsersManager/GroupsManager, to create users/groups in it in the back-office, but still authenticating with the default Users/GroupsManager.
