How to reproduce:

• Open the Skin factory tool
• Edit something
• Click on Save button
• An error occured, there is a file that can't be deleted => KO (see attached save.log)
• Click on OK button
• Try to do something else (edit something, cancel modifications, ...)
• An error occured => KO (see attached NPE_after_failed_save.log)
