      Go to skin factory
      Upload an image (png) as a new logo
      The new logo is not displayed

      upload logo:

      logo has not changed :

      It appears when we save the skin.
      Also the image is not in the popup:

      A video is available in my tmp

      Note that in that case the image is in background
