How to reproduce

• open skin factory
• add a file, for example a background image, an header image...
• push the modifications into production

Actual behavior

• The file is store in /model/_upload.
• Then go to _admin and apply model to the skin (because the model has changed)
• the directory /model/_upload and its content are deleted
