How to reproduce :

• in the template web\models\demo\newsletter\default\stylesheets, add a parameter to change the main color of the newsletter like

  <style type="text/css">html{
  						background-color: #ffffff;/* AMETYS ("default.default.bgcolor", "Couleur principale") */
  </style>

• go to the skin factory, the button not appears.
