How to reproduce

• connect to cms
• open a page
• add the service RSS
• Make sure the server does not have access to http or to the RSS

Actual behavior

• The page is loading
• It is impossible to delete the service, the only way is to delete the page!

Expected behavior

• The page is displayed within an error
• It is possible to remove te service
