Adding or removing an RSS feed -> users of the front office lose their preferences

      If the RSS feed service is changed: adding or removing an RSS feed, on the front-office the users have to reconfigure their preferences because they are lost.
      This also applies to custom RSS feeds.

      The position of the stream in the list is used instead of its identifier.
