Add helpers/tools to transform and integrate a UGC content into a page

      The purpose of this improvment is :

      • to allow the submission of UGC contents in anonymous mode
      • add a UGC mixin for all contents created from the UGC service
      • add a helper JS to accept a UGC content
        • the helper propose to choose a target content type and a target page
        • the initial content is transform to the target content type and insert to the choose page
        • the initial content is then deleted
      • add a JS helper to refuse a UGC content
        • the helper propose to add a comment for reject reason
        • the content is deleted
      • add observers to be able to notify author when content is published and/or rejected
