User rights in the CMS could be more user friendly

      How to reproduce

      • connect to cms
      • click on user, groups and rights
      • click on users then on a user
      • click on "see rights"

      Actual behavior

      • The rights are shown as a list of path.

      Expected behavior

      • The rights could be detailed in a easiest way

          The user rights are now displayed in a unique tool on the left, refreshing on user selection.
          An explanation text was added.
          I hope is more usefull.
