Some ODF projects (including the ODF Web template) override the domain attribute to change its cardinality. This behavior will be forbidden after CMS-10029

So we should create a migration proccess to stop these illegal overrides before merging the CMS ticket

[ODF-3291] [Domain cardinality] Propose a migration for all projects that override domain's cardinality

You can migrate your old domain single attribute to the multiple attribute with this plugin.
          You have two modes:

          1. Keep an attribute with a single value, it will be automatically filled and use in root catalogs.
          2. Recommended: Continue with the kernel version.

          Steps to follow

          1. Put the following plugin in your project multiple-domains.zip, and don't forget to add sources in the build path.
          2. Read the README.md and apply it
          3. You can remove the plugin when your first start is over if you use the second mode.
