File are displayed twice in attachements module

      How to reproduce :
      • In a content, add two content attachment and save
      • click on content tab
      • open the attachments module
      • add a file that use a name that already exists and do ok
      • Click on replace
         
        Noitced behavior :
        The files are displayed in double attachements
        if I close the attachments and reopen it the files are displayed fine (not in double)

       
      Expected  behavior
      The replaced file must not be duplicate|
